Refund & Transaction Policy

What happens when a card is dead, a rate was wrong, or a payment went astray. Written before there is a problem, not after.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Why this policy exists

Gift card trading is different from ordinary shopping. Once a code has been verified and redeemed, its value is gone and cannot be put back. That is simply how gift cards work — and it is why this policy explains, in advance, exactly what happens in each situation.

Before payment: you can always walk away

At any point before payment is sent, either of us may end the transaction with no obligation and no penalty. That includes:

  • After I quote you a rate you don’t like
  • After a verification check reveals the card is a different region or value
  • Simply because you changed your mind

You will never be charged for a quote or for a balance check.

After payment: transactions are final

Once a card has been verified and payment has been sent to you, the transaction is complete and final. The card’s value has been transferred and cannot be returned.

This is not a discretionary policy — it is a practical consequence of how gift cards work.

When you are selling a card to me

The card is dead or already redeemed

No payment is due and the transaction ends. I do not keep the code, and you are not charged for the check. If the card was a gift, contact whoever sent it. If you bought it from a retailer, contact the retailer with your receipt.

The card is a different region or value than described

The original quote no longer applies. I will tell you what the card actually is and quote again. You may decline and end the transaction.

I paid you the wrong amount

Tell me immediately. If I underpaid you against the agreed rate, I will send the difference at once. If I overpaid, I will ask you to return the difference, and I will trust you to do so.

Payment went to the wrong number

If I sent it to a number you gave me, I cannot recover it — please check your details carefully before sending them. If I mistyped a number you gave correctly, that is my error and I will make it right.

The card is later reversed or charged back

If a card you sold me is cancelled by the issuer after payment because it was originally bought with stolen or unauthorised payment details, I reserve the right to seek recovery of the amount paid. If you obtained the card innocently, tell me what you know and we will deal with it reasonably.

When you are buying a card from me

The card doesn’t work

Tell me straight away, with a screenshot of the error. If a card I sold you is genuinely invalid and the fault is mine, I will replace it or refund you in full. Please raise it promptly — the longer the delay, the harder it is to establish what happened.

You bought the wrong region

This is the most common problem, and it is why I ask what you need the card for before selling. If the wrong region was supplied because of my error, I will put it right. If you told me the wrong information, I will still try to help, but a redeemed card cannot be reversed.

You changed your mind

If the code has not been sent to you yet, no problem — the deal is simply cancelled. Once a code has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

How to raise a problem

  1. Message me directly — Telegram or Messenger, whichever we used.
  2. Send screenshots. The conversation, the error message, the payment confirmation.
  3. Do it promptly. Balance checks and platform records do not stay available forever.

I read every complaint properly and I look at both sides. If I got something wrong, I will say so and fix it.

If we cannot agree

If a dispute cannot be resolved between us and it arose from a deal made in one of the Facebook groups I administer, it can be raised publicly in that group with evidence, and other members and admins can see both sides. That transparency is the point of trading in the open.
