Community Guidelines

Who this applies to
These guidelines apply to the two Facebook groups I administer:
They exist for one reason: to keep a market where thousands of people trade valuable, irreversible codes from turning into a hunting ground.
The rules
1. Post what you actually have
Brand, region, face value, and whether it is an e-code or a physical card. Vague posts waste everyone’s time and are frequently the opening move of a scam.
2. Never post a code or an unscratched panel
Anyone reading the group can use it. Codes belong in a private conversation, and only after a rate has been agreed. Posts containing visible codes are removed on sight — for the poster’s own protection.
3. Agree the rate before anything moves
In writing, in the chat. “Send it and I’ll see what I can do” is not a deal, and members who operate that way will be asked to stop.
4. No stolen, hacked or charged-back cards
Immediate removal, no discussion, no second chance. These cards get reversed weeks later and the loss lands on an honest member who had nothing to do with it.
5. Keep disputes in the group
If a deal goes wrong, report it with screenshots so it can be looked at properly. Do not start a public fight without evidence, and do not quietly settle with someone who has cheated others — that just lets them continue.
6. No spam or off-topic selling
No unrelated products, no referral links, no repeated identical posts, no fake “rate lists” designed to bait newcomers. A group full of noise is a group nobody reads.
7. Be decent to new members
Everyone was confused about regions once. Answering a beginner’s question costs you nothing and makes the whole market harder to exploit.
8. One account per person
Duplicate and burner accounts are removed. If you were removed before, creating a new profile to return will get that one removed too.
How the rules are enforced
Enforcement is proportionate, and it is not automatic:
- A reminder for a first, minor or clearly accidental breach — most cases.
- Post removal where a post puts a member at risk, such as a visible code.
- Temporary removal for repeated breaches or aggressive behaviour.
- Permanent removal and a public warning for confirmed fraud.
Naming a confirmed scammer publicly is the only real deterrent this market has, so it is used — but only once there is evidence, and only after both sides have been heard.
Reporting someone
Send the evidence directly to me or to another admin. Include:
- Screenshots of the full conversation, not selected parts
- A link to the person’s profile
- Payment details or transaction IDs, if money was involved
- Dates and times
Every report with evidence gets looked at. I look at both sides — occasionally the person complaining turns out to be the one who did the cheating, and that matters just as much.
What admins do not do
- We do not act as escrow and do not hold funds or codes for members.
- We cannot recover money you have already sent to someone.
- We cannot force anyone to pay you.
- We do not guarantee any member, including ourselves. Check who you deal with.
Admin action is limited to what happens inside the group: removing bad actors, removing dangerous posts, and making sure the rest of the market can see who has behaved badly.
Appeals
If you believe you were removed unfairly, message me. If I got it wrong I will reverse it — that has happened before and I would rather be corrected than be stubborn.
Read the safety guide for how to protect yourself in any trade, with any member.
