Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of imtiaztheadmin.com and any gift card transaction you enter into with Imtiaz Ahmed, trading as “Imtiaz — The Admin”, an independent gift card trader based in Bangladesh (“I”, “me”). “You” means the person trading with me.
By using this website or entering into a transaction with me, you accept these terms.
2. Who can trade
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be the lawful owner of any gift card you offer to sell, with the right to transfer it.
- You must be acting on your own behalf, not fronting for someone whose identity you are hiding.
3. How a deal is formed
Nothing on this website is an offer to buy or sell at a stated price. Rates displayed, described or implied anywhere on this site are illustrative only.
A binding agreement exists only when all of the following have happened in a direct conversation:
- You have told me the brand, region, face value and card type;
- I have quoted a specific rate for that specific card; and
- You have expressly accepted that rate.
Until all three have happened, either of us may walk away with no obligation.
4. The rate
Once you accept a quoted rate, that rate is fixed for that transaction. I will not reduce it after receiving your code.
The one exception is where the card turns out to be materially different from what you described — a different region, a different face value, or a balance lower than stated. In that case the original quote no longer applies. I will tell you what the card actually is and quote again, and you are free to decline and end the transaction.
5. Verification
Before payment, the card’s balance and validity are verified. You may be asked for the code, clear photographs, or a purchase receipt. Verification is normally carried out while you are present in the conversation.
If a card is found to be already redeemed, invalid, or of lower value than described, no payment is due and the transaction ends. I do not charge for a verification check.
6. Payment
- Payment is made after successful verification, normally immediately.
- Payment is made by the method you nominate — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer.
- You are responsible for giving correct payment details. I cannot recover funds sent to a wrong number or account that you supplied.
- Timing can be affected by mobile-money or banking network conditions outside my control.
7. Cards I will not accept
I reserve the right to decline any card, at any point before payment, without giving a reason. I will always decline:
- Cards obtained through fraud, theft, hacking or a compromised account
- Cards purchased with stolen or unauthorised payment details
- Cards already redeemed, partly used, expired or deactivated, unless expressly agreed
- Cards whose origin you are unwilling or unable to explain
- Any card where I have a reasonable suspicion of unlawful activity
Offering a card in any of these categories is a serious breach of these terms, and may be reported to the relevant platform, payment provider or authorities.
8. Your responsibilities
- Describe your card accurately and completely.
- Do not share your code publicly, or with anyone before a rate is agreed.
- Do not send the same card to more than one buyer.
- Keep your own record of the conversation.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the law of Bangladesh, my liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the agreed value of that transaction. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from circumstances outside my reasonable control, including platform outages, banking failures and changes in brand policy.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Disputes
If something goes wrong, contact me first. Most problems are resolved quickly once both sides look at the same screenshots. Please raise any issue promptly, while records are still available.
See the Refund / Transaction Policy for how specific situations are handled.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your transaction. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
